    • Total amount in bank account: $53,391.30

      • $32,391 in our operating expenses account

      • $21,000 in our pool resurfacing account

        • Still on track for end of year completion! 

        • 78% of total goal reached; 48% raised for this year alone 

          • Last year raised 103% of goal 

  • Landscaping Update

    • Started to clear pole at entrance but deprioritized as it is a support pole and not one with running electric

    • Pine Straw out

    • Working on plan for wisteria growing over fence

  • Voting Time! -NO ONE ELSE STEPPED UP AND WE OFFICIALLY MADE JEROME CONNOR OUR NEW TREASURER.  

  • Status Updates

    • Still need to work on fixing parking lot drainage 

    • Official pool closing policy - gates close at 10 pm regardless of cars there or not.
