The Pool

2025 Pool Hours & Season

The 2025 community pool season runs from May 23rd to the September 8th.

The pool operating hours are from 9 am to 10 pm.

There is no lifeguard on duty. Anyone enjoying the pool will be doing so at their own risk.

It is expected that members cooperate during closing time and leave promptly. This season, the parking lot gate will be closed at 10:15 pm regardless of if there are cars still parked there or not. A member of the community may give a 10-to-15-minute warning but otherwise it will be your responsibility to leave the property in a timely manner.

Pool Rules

  1. No glass containers are permitted inside the pool gates. Keeping glass in coolers within the gates still violates these rules. Please pour any drinks/liquid into paper or plastic cups before entering the pool gates.

  2. No smoking or vaping allowed within pool gates. Our designated smoking area is to the left of the parking lot near the pool gate.

  3. No running, no diving and no rough play permitted. Safety is our number one priority so have fun while keeping everyone out of harm’s way.

  4. No offensive or foul language within the pool gates. This extents to both conversation and music. We are a community pool so please keep it clean.

  5. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. We do not have a lifeguard so please supervise your children.

  6. No animals in pool area. This is a health and safety concern so animals are strictly forbidden.

Trash Etiquette

We all live here and value to cleanliness of the community so we ask the following of all our members and those who use the pool:

  • If you see the trash cans are overflowing, please do not continue to add trash. Use other available trash cans or notify homeowners association via our email if cans are running out of space. Most trash cans will also have an extra bag so if you would like to be a stellar neighbor, bag the full trash & replace with the extra one.

  • Do not throw out liquid. Please dispose of liquid properly before throwing items into trash cans.

Again, if the trash cans need to be serviced in any way, please reach out to us via email or our Contact page and help us keep our neighborhood clean!

Violations

Residents or their guests found in violation of pool rules will receive the following consequences:

  • First Offense - initial email/mail notice

  • Second Offense - final email/mail notice

  • Third Offense - key cards will be deactivated and pool privileges will be lost for the remainder of the season; potential fines will be issued depending on the severity of the offense.

Please note these offenses accumulate by household and not by individual. Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests.
