The Community

Established in 1984, Calumet Woods is a quiet neighborhood within unincorporated Cobb County. A 10 minute drive from both downtown Acworth and downtown Kennesaw, Calumet Woods is perfectly located to get the best out of both the city & the quiet life.

The community fosters a love of native landscaping which is why you will see a lot of wildlife such as birds, rabbits, deer & more roaming the neighborhood. In addition to the wildlife, we also are dog/pet friendly community and have a lot of four legged residents.

With our neighborhood comprising long time owners, renters & new homeowners, the Calumet Woods Home Owners Association works to improve the community for all.
